Your inspection begins with a conversation about the property, its use, your timeline, and the questions you need answered. We agree on the scope and accessible areas before the site visit. During the inspection, we observe the agreed-upon building systems and document visible conditions with photographs.

Preparing for Your Inspection

Share the property address, approximate size, building type, and any available information about known concerns. Coordinate access to the agreed inspection areas with the owner or property manager. After the visit, the report organizes our observations and recommendations. We review the findings with you and discuss items that may need maintenance, repair, or further evaluation. The inspection reflects accessible conditions at the time of the visit; the agreed scope and access limitations are documented.
