Before You Request a Commercial Inspection

Here’s what to have ready when you contact us about an inspection.

1. Bring the property basics

Have the address, approximate square footage, building type, current use, and your preferred timeline ready. Share known concerns and any deadlines that affect your decision.

2. Plan access early

Coordinate with the owner or property manager so the agreed inspection areas can be accessed. Ask what arrangements are needed for occupied spaces, mechanical rooms, and other restricted areas.

3. Make time to review the findings

Read the observations, look through the photos, and ask us about anything you don’t understand. Some findings may need further evaluation by a specialist or contractor.
