The inspection scope is agreed upon for each property. Depending on the building and access, the evaluation may include the following systems and components.

Structure & Interior

We observe accessible HVAC equipment and related components within the agreed scope. The report documents visible conditions and recommends follow-up evaluation where appropriate.

Site Conditions & Reporting

Agreed-upon site areas may include drainage, walkways, parking, and other accessible features. Your report organizes observations and photographs, followed by a conversation to help you understand the results.
